光明区玉塘街道红星社区IP形象吉祥物设计公开征集活动

A

红星社区位于光明区西南部，玉塘街道辖区内，西、南紧临宝安区，东连光明科学城。红星社区原称麻布村，村民皆姓周，属客家人。村庄起名源于周氏先祖于河边山坡种麻，长势旺盛。在抗日战争时期，麻布村为东江纵队活动区域。麻布村牺牲的英烈为革命做出了不可磨灭的贡献。

得益于改革开放的政策红利，依靠红星人骨子里的勤劳、坚韧，再加上吃苦耐劳、艰苦奋斗、努力拼搏的客家人精神指引和支撑，红星社区实现跨越式发展。红星社区不仅承载着悠久厚重的人文历史，还充满现代化家园气息，是一片发展的热土。

Hongxing Community is located in the southwestern part of Guangming District, within the jurisdiction of Yutang Subdistrict. It borders Bao’an District to the west and south and connects to Guangming Science City in the east. Originally named Mabu (hemp cloth in Chinese) Village, the community’s residents all share the surname Zhou and belong to Hakka people. The village was named after the Zhou ancestors who cultivated hemp on the riverside slopes, where it thrived. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Mabu Village served as an activity area for the Dongjiang Column. The martyrs of Mabu Village made indelible contributions to the revolution.

Q  本次活动征集包括哪些内容？

A

本次文化标识设计征集内容为IP形象吉祥物设计，作品提交时需提供完整的IP形象吉祥物设计文件及《报名表》和《投稿承诺函》。请务必仔细阅读原文，并按要求提交作品。如有不符合要求，在征稿期间未作修改者则视为自动放弃投稿。

The content of this cultural identity design solicitation is the design of IP image mascots. When submitting works, complete IP image mascot design documents, as well as the "Application Form" and "Submission Commitment Letter", must be provided. Please read the original text carefully and submit your work as required. If there is any non-compliance with the requirements and no modifications are made during the submission period, it will be deemed that the submission has been automatically abandoned.

Q  本次活动包括哪些征集对象？

A

本次征集活动面向全社会设计爱好者，鼓励个人、各大院校及设计机构等积极参与。

This call is open to design enthusiasts from all sectors of society, and encourages active participation of individuals, universities, and design institutions.

Q  本次活动的奖项是如何设置？

A

本次活动先后评出七名获奖作品，包括：

一等奖（1名）

奖金￥100000元+获奖证书

First Prize (1 winner)

RMB 100,000 + Certificate

二等奖（1名）

奖金￥80000元+获奖证书

Second Prize (1 winner)

RMB 80,000 + Certificate

三等奖（1名）

奖金￥60000元+获奖证书

Third Prize (1 winner)

RMB 60,000 + Certificate

入围奖（3名）

分别获奖金￥5000元+获奖证书

Finalist Prizes (3 winners)

RMB 5,000 each + Certificate

人气奖（1名）

奖金￥10000元+获奖证书

Popularity Award (1 winner)

RMB 10,000 + Certificate

*注：以上奖金均指税前金额。参加者应自行按照相关国家（包括但不限于中华人民共和国）及相关地区的法律规定纳税。

*Note: The above amounts are pre-tax. Participants must pay taxes according to the laws and regulations of their respective countries (including but not limited to the People’s Republic of China) and provide tax payment certificates.

Q  本次活动的评选标准是什么？

A

本次活动的评选标准分为三个部分：

① 人文性

文化标识设计准确展现光明区玉塘街道红星社区的历史文化、民俗风情、宜居宜业特质。

① Cultural SignificanceThe cultural identity design accurately portrays the historical culture, folk customs, and livable and business-friendly characteristics of Hongxing Community, Yutang Subdistrict, Guangming District.

② 艺术性

文化标识设计具备独特的形象表现力和艺术感染力，拥有社会吸引力。

② Artistic QualityThe cultural identity design exhibits unique visual expression and artistic appeal, attracting social attention.

③ 可行性

文化标识设计具有实际应用价值，便于延展开发及宣传推广。

③ PracticalityThe cultural identity design demonstrates practical application value, facilitating extension development and promotional campaigns.

*特别说明：获奖作品一经录用，需提供3D 场景运用效果图(不同动作、不同场景至少2个),并配合主办方完成后续延展设计的制作(如有超出原设计范围，费用另计)。

*Special Note: Award-winning submissions, upon acceptance, must provide 3D scene application renderings (at least 2 different actions and scenarios) and collaborate with the organizers for subsequent extension designs (additional costs may apply for scope beyond the original design).
